QLD govt's Business Management Software Catalogue calls for EOIs

Business management software providers are being asked to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for inclusion in the Queensland Government's Business Management Software Catalogue.

The Queensland Government is compiling a product and service catalogue of business management software products and associated training services that will be available to small business recipients of upcoming grant programs.

Funding can cover software purchases, including Software as a Service (SaaS) subscriptions for up to 24 months, as well as training support to help businesses maximise the value of their digital tools.

To be eligible to apply for the EOI, software providers must be an Australian-registered business with an active ABN and at least 12 months of trading history, as well as offer established software solutions in business productivity, accounting and financial management, compliance, construction or professional care.

They must also have Australian-based support and ensure that their software meets recognised security standards and demonstrates strong security practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), encryption, backups, and access controls.

Training providers must also ensure their offerings are accredited or part of a structured training ecosystem.

EOIs close at 5pm on 7 July 2026.
