The agreement means eClaris will offer the U.S. litigation support community, law firms and corporations software to access data processing and review formats, which can be combined with the firm’s own eDiscovery solutions .
“We are always on the lookout for new ways to enhance the eDiscovery process to make it more intuitive, more streamlined and quicker without sacrificing quality and security. “ said Jacques Nack Ngue founder and managing partner, eClaris.
“By partnering with Nuix we can offer our clients a complete, end-to-end eDiscovery platform.”
According to Nack Ngue the partnership represents a significant investment in eClaris’s eDiscovery capabilities, yet still enables the consulting firm to offer cost-effective solutions to its clients.
“Nuix software is impressively scalable and significantly faster than any other eDiscovery software and we don’t underestimate the value that adds for our clients,” he said.
“Both the processing speed and its two-click, easy document review interface mean we can very quickly help our clients mitigate risk and maintain control throughout the case life-cycle.”
According to Nuix CEO Eddie Sheehy, eClaris’ reputation as a progressive company employing leading technology make it an ideal partner through which to offer even more US organisations a new level of software capabilities for litigation support and eDiscovery.
“This partnership is the next logical step in our efforts to expand our presence in the United States,” said Sheehy.
“We have offices both in Washington, DC and Utah and a growing team.
“Our government and corporate customer list is expanding, and we will continue to build momentum during upcoming industry events in Los Angeles, Silicon Valley and New York in January and February.”
