MyNetFone has confirmed that its NBN network has experienced with an outage, with many services across Australia affected.
The telco said the outage started at 7:50 am Sydney time, with some services still down as of 2:51 pm.
The outage was confirmed via MyNetFone’s social media accounts, with many customers reporting outages on both Twitter and web forum Whirlpool.

Unscheduled Outage

Due to service outage at this time, some MyNetFone NBN services may experience a temporary disruption to their Data service. We are currently investigating and performing unscheduled maintenance to restore the services. We apologise for any inconvenience caused

Prior to the outage, MyNetFone had scheduled maintenance from Monday March 4th at 11PM AEDT to 4AM on March 5th. CRN has reached out to MyNetFone to confirm if that played a role in the outage.
MyNetFone has confirmed that some services have come back online.

We recommend power cycling your modem to see if a connection has been restored.
