IP communications and applications vendor Mitel has implemented an IP package for local recruitment agency Integrated Group.
Based in Perth the Integrated Group offers labour hire and recruitment services throughout Australia. It has 500 office based staff spread across 48 offices in Australia.
Under the agreement Mitel will supply the Integrated Group with its 3300 IP Communications Platform (ICP) to support Integrated’s highly distributed workforce, which is also migrating its entire voice and data communications infrastructure to a single nationwide IP backbone.
Michael Disbury, group ICT manager for Integrated Group said the company needs to support thousands of contractors out at client sites.
“With 48 local offices it’s critical for us to provide consistent technology to everybody. Our previous phone system used traditional PABX technology, which was expensive and difficult to support,” Disbury said.
Mitel Gold Solution Provider, Anything Telephones will design, install and provide ongoing remote and onsite support for Integrated Group’s entire voice system. Integrated Group has chosen to standardise on a 3300 ICP solution for each of their offices, with Mitel Your Assistant Lite software deployed to each user.
