Melbourne consultancy Cevo has been promoted to Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Tier Partner status and announced an AI service offering.
AWS describes Premier Tier Services Partners as “the most experienced partners and recognized as leaders in their respective geographical, vertical, or horizontal markets” with “deep technical expertise with multiple partner program validations and demonstrated success working with a large number of customers at scale.”
"Achieving AWS Premier Tier Partner status is a significant milestone for us," commented James Lewis, CEO at Cevo.
“This new status reinforces our strong partnership with AWS, enabling us to deliver world-class cloud solutions that drive real business outcomes."
Cevo also today launched the Cevo AI Studio, a service offering designed to “help organisations accelerate their AI journey on AWS from concept to scalable, production-ready solutions”.
The Cevo AI Studio uses a repeatable framework and helps companies to “understand and scale impactful AI use cases.”
It includes the AI Business Studio, which helps organisations “uncover and validate high-impact AI use cases using proven frameworks, aligning AI initiatives with business goals.“
This delivers a “proof of value that demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the AI solution, paving the way for broader deployment”.
An AI Builders Studio then advances these validated use cases from pilot to production using AWS's suite of AI and machine learning services, such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Textract, and Amazon Rekognition, to build and deploy scalable AI solutions.
"Our goal with the Cevo AI Studio is to enable organisations to confidently adopt AI and achieve measurable business value," commented Mark Badenach, Director of Growth at Cevo.
"By combining our technical expertise with AWS's powerful AI technologies, we turn AI visions into real-world solutions that enhance customer experiences, boost employee productivity, and drive operational efficiency."
"The Cevo AI Studio is designed to scale with our customers' needs, whether they're starting with small, targeted initiatives or expanding into larger, more complex projects.”
The Cevo AI Studio offers a “proven pathway to success”, according to Badenach.
Australian life insurance company, NEOS, worked with Cevo and the Cevo AI Studio to prove the value of using generative AI to improve the efficiency of managing large volumes of email correspondence.
David Huang, CTO at NEOS, said, "Collaborating with Cevo through their AI Studio allowed us to build a generative AI-driven solution that has the potential to better serve our customers by reducing response times and improving service quality.”
