Load balancer vendor Kemp Technologies has expanded its footprint in the Australian channel, signing up four new local partners.

The vendor announced Solista Solutions and Modality Systems as new resellers in Sydney, while Insync Technology and 1ICT have been added to the channel from Brisbane.

Modality Systems’ relationship with Kemp was previously revealed by CRN in its work for property giant Savills.

“Kemp Technologies is a strategic partner for Modality Systems, forming part of our end to end Skype for Business solutions for enterprise customers to ensure load balancing and reverse proxy requirements are easily delivered,” said Modality Systems country manager Justin Morris.

The boss of the unified comms provider also said that the vendor’s products are “easy for Modality consultants and support engineers to configure and support”.

The US vendor has made a push into the Australian channel this year with key hires. In March, former Bluechip Infotech executive Kieren Kemm was appointed ANZ territory account manager and in May former Webroot staffer Luke Holland was recruited as ANZ channel account manager.

“We’re eager to focus on continuing to deliver the programs and tools our partners require to successfully provide much needed solutions in IT environments where there are ongoing budget constraints and skills shortages,” said Kemm.
