Kaseya honours top Asia-Pacific MSP customer-partners

IT infrastructure management vendor Kaseya honoured its best managed service provider and IT admin team customers in Asia-Pacific in its inaugural Techie Awards.

Awarded last night at its first annual Connect IT APAC conference in Sydney, Kaseya recognised the MSPs and internal IT teams with outstanding achievements over the past year.

Sydney-based Virtual IT Services took home the top honour of MSP of the Year, chosen for demonstrating excellence in customer satisfaction and retention, using automation, company and profit growth, employee retention and commitment to professional development.

Brisbane-based Dorks Delivered won Fastest Growing MSP of the Year for demonstrating the fastest growth on a year-over-year basis from 2017 to 2019.

Sydney-based Customtec took home the 2019 MSP Efficiency Award, which recognises an MSP that leveraged a tool or set of tools with processes to reduce manual tasks associated with administering an IT environment, reducing the time burden on technicians.

The Community Award went to Coffs Harbour, NSW-based C3 Group, for demonstrating thought leadership within the IT services industry by sharing best practices with peers to shape a better technical community.

Finally, the 2019 MSP Automation Award was snagged by Brisbane-based Productiv, for its work in leveraging automation or specific technical processes to enhance the experience of the end users they serve.

“Year after year, our community of MSP partners continues to blow us away with their innovation and dedication to providing the best services to their customers. It’s an honour to recognise their commitment and advanced use of the Kaseya IT Complete platform, and showcase their continued performance and success,” Kaseya global chief executive Fred Voccola said.

“IT teams are today’s unsung heroes and it is a privilege to give these businesses the recognition they absolutely deserve.”
