Ingram Micro has made its Integrations Hub offering within its Xvantange platform available to Australian partners.
The Xvantage platform offers managed service providers tools for purchase, provisioning and billing from Ingram.
The Integrations Hub operates within the platform, providing connectors to third-party applications such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho.
“The Integrations Hub offers no-code automation solutions that connect with major CRM, ERP, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and accounting platforms, including Salesforce, Dynamics, QuickBooks, and Xero,” said Sonia Phillips, Ingram Micro Australia’s local partner and digital experiences director.
Ingram Micro’s platform consultants manager Kristy Comrie also claimed the Integrations Hub can enhance operational efficiency.
“The Xvantage Integrations Hub hosts a suite of internally developed applications, engineered with robust security protocols and aligned with globally recognised compliance standards such as ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) and ISO 27701 (Privacy Information Management),” she said.
“These applications leverage secure authentication mechanisms (such as OAuth 2.0), encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.2+), role-based access controls (RBAC), and continuous monitoring to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data across all integrations.”
In a recent interview with techpartner.news, Ingram Micro Australia’s MD Hope McGarry described the development and expansion of the Xvantage platform as an endeavour to transform the distributor into a “true platform company”.
