Australian web-based channel management software vendor iAsset.com has been named a 2013 emerging technology vendor by CRN magazine US.
Distribution Central founder Scott Frew launched the company in 2009 as a means of addressing inefficiencies in the indirect IT sales channel. These inefficiencies particularly concerned renewals, licence management, product lifecycle management and certification tracking, along with their movements within the IT industry.
”After more than 20 years in IT distribution I learned that for a distributor to be successful, it has to continually provide value and be relevant to resellers and vendors through services that create efficiencies and make our partners competitive,” said Frew.
The annual CRN list highlights hot technology start-ups making an impact on the channel and on the IT industry as a whole.
iAsset.com has delivered its channel ecosystem solution to vendors, distributors and resellers including Distribution Central and Loop Technologies.
