Harvey Norman's Windows 8 store set-up revealed

Harvey Norman today let CRN inside its flagship Alexandria store for a sneak peek at its setup for its midnight Windows 8 launch tonight.

The retailer earlier this week revealed to CRN it would "blitzkrieg" its competitors with a line-up of 56 new Windows 8 products, with 30 in store for tonight's launch. Its launch partners are HP, Toshiba, Asus and Samsung.

Gerry Harvey will be in the store at midnight to continue his tradition of selling the first boxed copy of the operating system.

Microsoft is set to officially unveil its next-generation operating system tomorrow morning.
