Google Cloud has introduced three artificial intelligence-powered tools designed to streamline operations for its partner network.
The new tools include SOW Analyzer, Bot-Assisted Live Chat and an enhanced Earnings Hub, all integrated into the Partner Network Hub platform.
SOW Analyzer uses Google's Gemini AI model to review statements of work (SOW) and provides automated feedback on missing elements or required updates.
The tool analyses documents uploaded in PDF format and delivers instant compliance feedback with specific guidance on potential issues.
Partners can identify gaps such as technical outcomes lacking measurable criteria, with the system providing reasoning behind each recommendation.
The AI-powered analysis aims to reduce back-and-forth communications between partners and Google Cloud during the SOW approval process.
Google Cloud maintains human oversight for final approvals whilst the AI component accelerates initial review stages.
Bot-Assisted Live Chat provides partners with immediate access to support information across day-to-day business operations, assisting with common tasks including onboarding, billing, orders, incentive claims and rebate enquiries.
When issues require deeper support, the system initiates handoffs to live chat agents without requiring partners to re-explain their problems.
Google Cloud said initial usage data shows 25 per cent faster resolution times and improved first contact resolution rates for partner enquiries.
The enhanced Earnings Hub consolidates partner incentive data including rebates, discounts, funds and credits into a single dashboard.
Google Cloud plans to add conversational support and predictive insights to the Earnings Hub in coming months.
The tool uses proprietary data and Gemini's predictive capabilities to show partners which stock keeping units are selling in their specific geographical areas.
Partners can benchmark their performance against peers and receive personalised recommendations to increase earnings.
