Data centre and cloud cybersecurity company Illumio has launched an expanded version of its Enlighten Partner Program, to promote its microsegmentation solutions offering.
The program now provides new enablement tools, and complimentary training with comprehensive curriculm materials to help partners implement Zero Trust Segmentation solutions.
It also brings in new pricing protection measures for partners, and advanced visualisation to monitor network connectivity with the platform.
Illumio's security platform prevents breaches from spreading across clouds, endpoints, and data centres.
The company, recognised by analysts Forrester as "the original micro segmentation specialist," uses artificial intelligence to identify security risks.
Sydney security consultancy Sekuro is an Illumio partner.
“Sekuro chose to partner with Illumio to support and accelerate our clients’ Zero Trust journeys in Australia," the consultancy's chief executive Noel Allnutt said.
"We see Illumio’s Zero Trust Segmentation platform as a powerful edge in threat containment, elevating our value to clients seeking robust, proactive security solutions," Allnutt added.
"We welcome the announcement of this new expanded partner program, and continued work with Illumio to help our clients contain the spread of cyber breaches,” he said.
Thales-acquired security vendor Tesserent is another Australian Illumio partner; its chief growth officer James Ormesher said micro segmentation is a necessary architecture for Zero Trust frameworks.
"The value of microsegmentation is indisputable," Todd Palmer, senior vice president of global partner sales and alliances at Illumio said.
"Organisations understand the necessity and want to proceed, but the perceived complexity often stands in the way," Palmer added.
