Cloud experience orchestration company Genesys has announced winners of its annual Asia Pacific partner awards at its 10th Tech Summit held in Bangkok.
The awards recognised top-performing partners across the region who contribute to the company's ecosystem focused on orchestrating exceptional customer experiences.
Fujitsu claimed the APAC Partner of the Year award, whilst telco Spark New Zealand secured the APAC Innovation Trailblazer recognition.
NTT Communications Corporation received the APAC Marketing Impact Partner of the Year award for outstanding marketing initiatives.
QPC won the Australia - New Zealand Partner of the Year award, for the company's role in customer experience transformation across both markets.

The summit operated under the theme 'Levelling Up Together', bringing together partners, technical teams and solution leaders to explore how artificial intelligence and digital technologies shape customer experience futures.
