Fujitsu recognised by ISG as ServiceNow leader in APJ

Fujitsu has been recognised as a leader in the 2025 ISG Provider Lens ServiceNow Ecosystem Partners report in the Asia Pacific and Japan region.

The independent report positions Fujitsu as a leader across all three key areas of consulting and implementation services; managed services; and innovation on ServiceNow.

Fujitsu head of ServiceNow Asia Pacific, Meg Santos, said for ANZ businesses, it's all about getting that competitive advantage and immediate ROI.

"That's why we're thrilled to be recognised by ISG as a leader in ServiceNow solutions - it means we've got the strength in capability, solutions and experience to help customers innovate and leverage ServiceNow to achieve their biggest goals and more importantly, we've got many customers happy to say so," she said.

The 2023 acquisition by ServiceNow of the ToolBox OH&S technology assets developed by Enable Professional Services (acquired by Fujitsu in 2022) and Fujitsu's recent success in implementing public sector, retail and financial service operations solutions are examples of Fujitsu's commitment to innovation within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Fujitsu also won eight 2025 ServiceNow Partner of the Year awards, including Consulting and implementation Partner of the Year, Employee Workflow Partner of the Year, and Technology Workflow Partner of the Year.
