Fuji Xerox Printers has launched its Ultimate Office program to help partners sell print solutions to Australian organisations.
“The printing market is no longer about just selling printers but about delivering complete office solutions tailored to customers’ specific business requirements, irrespective of their size,” said David Borg, A/NZ general manager of Fuji Xerox Printers.
He said the company reported a 30 percent rise in printers sold this year and expected to soon move up a slot from No.3 in the value (30 pages a second and higher) category in Australia. It saw its network of 250 partners as key to helping it get there.
Ultimate Office aimed to help the channel to resell printers with enterprise features to smaller customers.
“The Ultimate Office is about making it easy for our channel partners to fully understand and meet the requirements of their customers by delivering a complete offering of products, solutions and services,” Borg said. “These can range from enterprise class multi-function sevices and printers to technology and finance solutions.”
Fuji Xerox said it would partner with third-party vendors. And It had programs such as Channel 1st Connect, a sales and marketing campaign tool and Smart Centre, a partner sales and marketing resource website.
Fuji Xerox Printers also introduced a managed print services sales training and certification program called Streamline to speed the sales cycle.
