Cloud-based video communications provider BlueJeans Network has appointed former Polycom executive James Brennan as director for Asia-Pacific.
Brennan will lead the sales, marketing and customer teams and will work closely with customers and partners, according to the company.
Brennan joins after 11 years with Polycom where he held several sales roles before becoming the Asia-Pacific senior director for solutions marketing. Prior to that he worked for Voyant Technology and Delphi.
"The coming months will see further investment in ANZ, including partner expansion, as well as expansion in wider APAC," Brennan said.
US-headquartered BlueJeans has close to 5000 customers worldwide and now integrates with Facebook Live. According to the company, it added 100 enterprise and midmarket customers in the last quarter.
