Siobhan Delaney-Miller, sales and marketing manager at Express Online, said that the new office will allow Express to offer a higher level of service to its reseller partners.
She said the company also recently expanded its warehouse in order to increase its stock availability and offer resellers faster access to its company’s range of products.
“As we get bigger, and take on more vendors we need more space for stock. As the business has grown, the bricks and mortar have had to grow as well as the people,” she said.
“We’ve got more space in our warehouse which is good for the logistics of being able to move and react to things quicker. It also allows for quicker expansion as well,” she said.
The distributor is also looking to expand its stable of resellers according to Delaney-Miller.
“We’re always recruiting new resellers and daily we’re getting new resellers coming to us and signing up,” she said.
