The Australia-New Zealand arm of power management company Eaton Electrical has celebrated a successful year with its Pacific IT channel and power management partners, hosting its annual awards in Sydney on earlier this month.
The event brought together more than 100 partners, distributors and key Eaton personnel from across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea to recognise outstanding performance.
It also follows double-digit growth in Eaton's Power Quality business for Australia and New Zealand in 2024.
Dicker Data claimed the prestigious Distributor of the Year award after exceeding annual targets through strategic investments aimed at better serving the partner community.
The distie's chief operating officer Vlad Mitnovetski said he was proud of Dicker Data's team and the results it had delivered for Eaton.
"We remain committed to going above and beyond the expectations of our partners and our vendors at every interaction, and this award is testament to that," Mitnovetski said.
Stream Tech Knowledge PNG received the Authorised Partner of the Year award, having achieved an impressive 40 per cent year-on-year growth in Eaton's Papua New Guinea business.
The Certified Partner of the Year award went to Brisbane-based Power On Australia, which recorded more than 25 per cent year-on-year growth.

Accucom Systems Integration was awarded Approved Partner of the Year for the Australia and PNG region by Eaton; Computer Alliance won Valued Partner of the Year, and Scorptec Computers took out e-Commerce Partner of the Year.
The Channel Champion Partner and Channel Champion Distributor awards went to Harshal Tidke (IP Trading) and George Siapsialis (Bluechip Infotech) respectively.
For the New Zealand and Fiji region, Datec Fiji took out Authorised Partner of the Year, with Datacom NZ named as Approved Partner of the Year.
JA Russell picked up Wholesaler of the Year, and Paul Dinan (Shape Energy) and Sam Lingman (UPS Power Solution) won Channel Champion Partner and Channel Champion Distributor respectively.
Eaton also used the event to announce its new UPSgrade Programme, an initiative enabling channel partners to offer free recycling to customers when upgrading their uninterruptible power supply systems.
