DXC teams up with SAP and Microsoft for enterprise software modernisation

DXC Technology has introduced a streamlined approach for enterprises looking to modernise their SAP environments and adopt the latter vendor's Business AI solutions on Microsoft's Azure cloud.

Named DXC Complete, the offering will be delivered in partnership with SAP, and Microsoft.

The new managed service provider offering enables organisations to implement RISE with SAP for business transformation, and GROW with SAP for the S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition enterprise resource planning (ERP).

DXC said the journeys can be implemented through a single contract with flexible pricing models, helping customers optimise operations and achieve sustainable growth.

"Businesses today are challenged by growing technical complexity and increasing costs associated with maintaining legacy IT systems," Keith Costello, global managing director and lead of applications, DXC Consulting and Engineering Services at DXC, said.

Costello said that the new offering allows DXC to simplify technology landscapes, reduce technical debt, and accelerate innovation for clients by leveraging the company's expertise in SAP, cloud, and managed services.

The solution delivers end-to-end cloud migration for SAP environments, enabling seamless migration, business process optimisation, application management, and continuous improvement of SAP workloads.

Customers can access RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and SAP Business AI on Microsoft Azure with flexible consumption models to help lower costs and simplify management.

The offering includes end-to-end cloud services covering the entire lifecycle from advisory and migration to modernisation and ongoing support.

There are flexible pricing options such as subscriptions and pay-as-you-go models, and industry-specific SAP expertise from DXC's global team of over 50,000 engineers and consultants.

A key feature is the built-in Microsoft Azure integration, which combines SAP Business AI with Microsoft Azure's AI and analytics tools to enable intelligent automation, predictive insights, and streamlined processes.

"At Microsoft, we empower customers to achieve more through innovation, and by collaborating with DXC and SAP we are delivering a seamless, integrated solution that will accelerate SAP modernisation," Stephen Boyle, global systems integration leader at Microsoft, said.

DXC Complete is available for clients globally and can be implemented across numerous cloud platforms.
