Identity security firm CyberArk has released a software-as-a-service management console designed for managed service providers (MSPs), to administer customer environments across its identity security platform.

The MSP Hub replaces the previous MSP Console and provides multi-tenant management capabilities with centralised visibility for service providers managing multiple client deployments.

The platform enables MSPs to offer three categories of identity services: privileged access management, identity governance and administration, and identity and access management.

The MSP Hub connects to all managed CyberArk instances in the cloud, allowing service providers to administer customer environments from a single interface.

MSPs can use the platform to manage privileged accounts, govern user access rights, and implement access controls across customer networks.

The centralised approach allows service providers to monitor security policies and compliance requirements across multiple client environments simultaneously.

CyberArk's platform seeks to address identity security for both human users and machine identities across enterprise environments.

"CyberArk's SaaS-based platform and console are a scalable and simple-to-use way for MSPs to offer the industry's most complete set of identity security services," CyberArk chief operating office Eduarda Camacho said.

The company has also introduced an MSP-focused partner programme featuring dedicated product codes and tiered discount structures.

The new programme targets service providers looking to expand their cybersecurity offerings beyond traditional managed services into specialised identity protection.
