Commander has again extended its offer for Volante’s shares, pushing the deadline back close to another month.
The company extended its offer last month from the original deadline of January 9 to March 9.
The new deadline will be March 31. Commander’s original offer of $1.01 per Volante share has not changed.
In an ASX statement, Volante managing director Adrian Coote, said Commander held 0.07 percent of Volante’s shares as at March 2.
At January 9, Commander had no relevant interest or voting power in Volante, he said.
