Sydney-based Hosted Network has appointed Aileen Paterson as its head of channel to lead its four-person channel sales team.
Paterson is tasked to help develop and foster relationships with Hosted Network's partners, with the aim of strengthening partnership and loyalty, and surpassing growth targets.
“As the head of channel I will be driving the strategy and execution across our partner channel and full accountability for sales revenues and service usage as well as positioning Hosted Network as the ideal vendor for our partners,” Paterson said.
“With over 20 years experience across IT and telecommunication channels, I have always been committed to understanding the objectives of my partners and how I can help them accelerate their growth through understanding and articulating technology trends, developing joint go-to-market strategies, and streamlining processes.”
Prior to joining Hosted Network, Paterson worked in various channel roles with Nuix, Intel Security, Ingram Micro, NEC Australia, to name a few.
“Aileen brings a wealth of expertise to the team and her experience aligns directly with our channel first strategy,” Hosted Network chief executive Ben Town said.
“With her appointment, we are looking to drive further success with our channel partners to win more business and further fuel the growth that we’ve been experiencing over the past few years.”
He added that Paterson’s experience in building successful channel programs “will ensure that Hosted Network remains a top choice” for managed service providers and other resellers looking for “a true partner” in the cloud and telco space.
Hosted Network is a white-label cloud provider, which provides productisation and services for small-to-medium businesses to mid-market IT providers through its own channel.
Last year the company partnered with Harris Technology to provide cloud servers, desktops, VoIP and more to small-to-medium businesses.
