The Unified IP has replaced manual dialling and inbound call handling with a functionality which includes preview and predictive dialling, voice recording, automatic call distribution and facilities for campaign management and reporting.
According to Louise Taylor, group general manager, Boston Commercial Services, implementing the solution provides Boston and its clients with ‘efficiencies, workflow control and meaningful management information’.
“With the help of Lake, our vision to become a recognised market leader in accounts receivable management and cash-flow funding solutions has been put into motion,” she said.
Boston Commercial Services is the debt recovery arm of The Boston Group.
Other parts of the group include business funding, trade credit insurance, legal assistance, and outsourced accounts receivable.
