Security vendor Bitdefender has started offering its global partner program to Australian resellers in an effort to expand its local presence.
The company opened its Partner Advantage Network (PAN) program, giving partners access to Bitdefender’s full security portfolio on demand, as well as a portal with online courses.
The program aims to support its 500-plus local resellers and to help recruit more in Australia and New Zealand.
Bitdefender last year established its physical presence in Australia when it acquired long-time partner SMS eTech,
The company has also appointed a new ANZ director, Vaughn Madeley, to lead its new field team from a Melbourne base.
Madeley said the partner program is is a “one-stop shop” for anything a reseller or business partner would want in terms of education, engaging, ordering and invoicing.
“Bitdefender has gained incredible momentum in recent years. Expansion with PAN and within the Australian and New Zealand markets is a vital part of building on that growth,” Madeley said.
“Our partners are foundational to our success and we look forward to combining our brand name and innovations with their relationships and go-to-market opportunities.”
