AWS unveils Partner Central agentic experience

Amazon Web Services (AWS) has unveiled its AWS Partner Central agentic experience, introducing tools that aim to help partners automate administrative tasks and streamline opportunity management, guiding actions across co-selling, funding and more.

Real-time, conversational intelligence is now surfaced directly in Partner Central. AWS partners can ask the agent to identify deals that need attention, flag opportunities approaching key deadlines, or summarise where a pipeline stands, and it responds with the context you need to act, instantly.

They can also upload meeting transcripts, notes, or emails and let agents populate the relevant opportunity fields, with agents able to generate tailored sales plays on demand.

Agents can identify opportunities in the pipeline that qualify for benefits, surface real-time eligibility, and flag gaps to qualification. They can also instantly create fund requests pre-populated with relevant opportunity data.

With Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration, AWS partners can build custom integrations or leverage third-party automation solutions that bring AWS intelligence directly to the tools teams already use.
