Australian M&A firm Parable has hired Deren Bozdag as senior advisor.
He joins after having served as a senior advisor of M&A for global investment banking firm TH Global Capital in London.
Prior to this, he split his time across the Sydney and UK in M&A roles for SCD Advisory, an independent Australian corporate advisory M&A boutique, dedicated to B2B services sectors.
He has also worked in the local market as a deals consultant for PwC and in new ventures and digital for Westpac Institutional Bank.
In the local ANZ marketplace, Bozdag has previously closed a number of deals including SXiQ's sale to IBM, HSD's sale to Atturra, Capgemini's acquisition of Aodigy, Future Friendly's sale to EY, and Merkel's acquisition of Aware Services.
Launched in early 2025, Parable is a specialised M&A advisory firm dedicated to the technology ecosystem, helping founders, owners, private equity, and corporates execute private deals - from strategic exits to acquisitions and capital raises.
The company was founded by Andrew Pfeiffer, who's previously served as director of M&A at KPMG, senior associate at DXC Technology and a private equity analyst at Four Hats Capital.
"Deren joins our team at a pivotal moment in our early growth journey, as Parable expands its M&A advisory coverage, particularly across IT services and software ecosystems," Pfeiffer told techpartner.news.
"Deren will be responsible for increasing Parable's focus on supporting founder-owned technology businesses as they consider strategic M&A events.”
