Aussie ISV Dubber unveils call recording functionality for Cisco Webex Calling

Voice data capture software vendor Dubber has announced that its call recording platform has now gone live through Cisco’s Webex Calling cloud phone system.

The embedded platform allows Webex Calling customers to record all voice calls through Webex in the form of a cloud-based SaaS solution.

In an ASX announcement (pdf), Dubber said the solution will also be available to Cisco’s partner ecosystem globally, and is switched on through the Cisco Control Hub provisioning system.

Dubber’s platform also offers voice-to-text functionality, sentiment analysis, real-time alerts for customer service and more. It is also optimised for compliance with regulatory drivers like MiFID II, GDPR, HIPAA, Dodd Frank, PCI DSS and Cisco CASPRx.

The company said some use cases for the product include requirements for internal business processes, industry standards, regulatory requirements or other compliance needs.
