Atturra has entered into a contract with Haileybury, one of Australia’s largest independent schools, to deploy its Scholarion education SaaS platform.
Under the agreement, Haileybury will deploy Scholarion as an integrated student information system (SIS) and enterprise platform.
Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Scholarion is a cloud-native platform that aims to replace fragmented legacy systems with a single, secure solution that intends to unify student lifecycle management, finance, HR, compliance, communications, and advanced analytics.
Atturra considers the agreement to be strategically significant due to Haileybury’s "significant brand, scale and complexity".
Haileybury operates many physical and online campuses across Australia and China, with total enrolments of over 4,800 students. Along with a number of other schools Haileybury has contributed to the co-design of Scholarion.
The agreement with Haileybury builds on earlier Scholarion adoptions by Brisbane Grammar, Toowoomba Grammar, Trinity Grammar (Kew), Newington College and Brighton Grammar.
Atturra CEO Stephen Kowal said Haileybury’s adoption of Scholarion reinforces the platform’s maturity, scalability and relevance across large, complex school environments.
"This momentum reflects Atturra’s strategy to deliver secure, enterprise-ready digital platforms that create long-term value for the education sector," he said.
The contract is not material to Atturra’s FY26 guidance and has an initial term of five years.
Atturra expects that the platform implementation will begin in March 2026.
