Artis Group has partnered with sales and marketing enablement platform vendor Seismic to bring the company's wares to small and medium enterprises in Australia and New Zealand.
The deal will see Artis bundling Seismic’s platform with its Microsoft Dynamics and Modern Workplace solutions.
Seismic’s platform uses analytics to help companies examine how prospective clients consume content sent by sales, so marketing and sales teams can adapt with the findings.
Artis chief executive Mark Bennett told CRN that what the company’s excited about with Seismic is getting to add an additional layer of capability that can sit on front and on top of Dynamics CRM platforms.
“One of the challenges that come with deploying CRM solutions is that it doesn’t necessarily drive improved sales engagement and effectiveness, because a lot of systems are being pushed out without necessarily getting the full result in mind,” Bennett said.
“If you look from a sales rep’s perspective, does [the CRM] make their life better? Sell faster? Sell better deals? or does it get them more intelligent with how they work angles around their deals?”
Bennett said the partnership will help customers realise the return on their investments on CRM systems by combining Artis’ solution and sales enablement consulting and Seismic’s platform. He adds the subscription-based pricing will also attract businesses of varying sizes, where some can make incremental changes and evolve from there.
“This is such a natural fit of two organisations that are focused on accelerating business performance, enhancing customer experience, and simplifying the way businesses can gain the power of the cloud without a lot of heavy lifting and cost up front,” Bennett said.
