Don Perugini director of Intelligent Software said the office had plenty of room for expansion.
"The central city provides us with a better location as most of our potential clients are here," he said.
"Our new office provides good professional facilities such as boardroom, meeting room and a 'games room' for companies developing computer and serious games."
Perugini said the facility is good for collaboration and synergies as most companies located there have specialised and complementary capabilities.
"There are also companies that create websites and flash animation, such as Digital Lamb, so I think it will provide a lively and collaborative environment," he said.
Intelligent Software draws on expertise from the defence industry to use Artificial Intelligence (AI)technologies to create virtual models of cities for strategic planning and forecasting purposes.
Its AI models elements of a city to allow "what-if" scenarios that assist with strategic planning and demand forecasting.
It can also analyse the impact that proposed strategic decisions, infrastructure and policy will have on the population's behaviour, including demand, spending and consumption.
