Access4, an Australian provider of cloud communication and collaboration solutions, has launched Ai Amplify, a self-developed AI voice assistant, purpose-built for the channel and delivered via the Access4 SASBOSS platform.
Currently rolling out in-market through the Beta Program, Access4's Ai Amplify Program introduces features including a 24/7 virtual receptionist, instant response and multi-call handling; smart call routing; and automated tasks and SMS follow-ups.
The program can also be deployed and managed via SASBOSS with no capex burden.
Access4 COO Brad Milne said this is not just another AI voice tool.
"Our Ai roadmap represents a strategic leap in our commitment to enabling partner-led innovation," he said.
“Unlike generic solutions, we’ve built our Ai product suite from the ground up to seamlessly integrate into our platform and the daily operations of our partners’ customers.”
The commercial launch of Access4 Ai roadmap will take place at the Access4 Annual Partner Conference on the Gold Coast in early September 2025.
