Cloud communications and contact centre master agent Telarus has used its official Australian launch event to change its local trading name to Tradewinds, a move that should help it avoid confusion with Victorian telco Telarus.
To kick off the arrival of the company down under, Tradewinds director and head of channels Tony Heywood welcomed local partners to the Ivy Sunroom in Sydney for an afternoon of networking, presentations and wine and cheese tasting.
Telarus founder and chief executive Adam Edwards was in town from the US to meet partners and invite them to take on the master agent as a trusted advisor.
