Ericsson to buy most of Marconi for US$2bln
Ericsson said on Tuesday it would buy the bulk of once-mighty British rival Marconi for 16.8 billion crowns (US$2.1 billion) as it hopes to benefit from booming demand for fixed and mobile broadband internet.
