Former TEAC Australia CFO guilty of financial dishonesty
Kenneth David Evans, the former chief financial officer and director of TEAC Australia Pty Ltd, has been sentenced to two years and six months imprisonment, wholly suspended for three years, in the County Court of Victoria following an investigation by ASIC.

Cellnet makes net profit of $1.8M
Australian IT distributor, Cellnet has announced a loss after tax for the period ending December 31 2007 of $836 000 a 129 percent decrease from the result in 31 December 2006. The distributor achieved sales revenue of $244.3 million, a decrease of 8 percent from the period to 31 December 2006.
