The Queensland reseller brand Camelon ICT Solutions is no more, with parent company Vita Group announcing its absorption into the Vita Enterprise Solutions unit.
Vita acquired Camelon IT for $4.6 million in September 2013. Camelon continued as Vita's second enterprise reseller brand until today's announcement.
The former Camelon IT unit specialises in "mobile managed solutions, collaboration and cloud", according to the Vita Group. Vita Group is a major partner of Telstra, running a network of Telstra retail shops as well as implementing solutions for business customers.
The rebranded Vita Enterprise Solutions website shows off a collaboration solution that the former Camelon brand deployed for the RSPCA, using Telstra technologies.
"Vita Enterprise Solutions has had strong success recently, working with Telstra and other partners to deliver solutions to clients such as the Queensland Police Service and the RSPCA," said Vita Group COO Pete Connors.
Vita Group doubled its net profit to $9.3 million for the half-year to 31 December, on the back of $292.7 million revenue.
