The Wesfarmers division that includes Officeworks passed $100 million in earnings before interest and tax for the first time in the 2014 financial year.
Revenue at Wesfarmers' office supplies division rose 4.6 percent to $1.57 billion. EBITDA increased six percent to $124 million.
Wesfarmers cited continued "strong" gains in the business-to-business market and the launch of an "enhanced" online platform.
Officeworks added two stores to reach 151 outlets.
While the office supplies division expects continued volume growth, Wesfarmers forecasts unpredictable market conditions and ongoing cost and margin pressure.
