The Way of the Leader by Donald G. Krause who also wrote The Art of War For Executives.

Japanese food.

Treat others and yourself with respect. And if you’re going to do it, make sure you do it well.
Favourite superstar and why?
Singer David Tao (a popular Taiwanese singer-songwriter). He has a great voice and writes compelling songs which reflect moments in life.
What are you listening to?
My son, who is constantly asking me for the new Playstation game — there’s always a new one!
What do you want to do before you retire?
Have a happy and fulfilled family, achievement in my career and a sense of contribution.
