Wavelink gets zen with Citrix

Communications specialist Wavelink has inked a deal which will see it distribute Citrix’ range of enterprise mobility solutions.

The deal sprouted from Wavelink’s previous relationship with Zenprise, a mobile device management provider. Zenprise was bought by Citrix at the beginning of this year.

Citrix mobility solutions suite includes XenMobile MDM, which delivers management and configuration for corporate and employee-owned personal electronic devices, and also the Citrix Mobile Solutions Bundle. The MSB includes XenMobile MDM along with Cloud Gateway.

Wavelink chief Ian Rubin said in a statement: “The Citrix product offering is the most comprehensive solution on the market today in addressing the needs and requirements of customers who face the onslaught of mobility platforms.

“Unlike any other offering, Citrix provides an end-to-end mobility solution that secures the device, applications and data.  This lets staff do their job wherever and whenever they choose.”
