Trustwave has launched Managed Phishing for Microsoft, a service designed to help organisations using Microsoft Office 365 and Defender for Office proactively defend against the threat of phishing attacks.
Trustwave’s new service provides organisations with continuous protection and user awareness capabilities that extend and enhance Microsoft’s native defenses.
The service offers end-to-end setup and management of phishing-related policies and rules, minimising the burden on internal IT teams.
Multi-layered, AI-powered detection engines backed by Trustwave SpiderLabs threat research claim to reduce threat exposure by over 99 per cent, while regular, real-world simulations tailored to each organisation’s environment intend to strengthen user vigilance and reduce risk.
The service also provides around-the-clock analysis, investigation, and response to suspected phishing emails, including threats that bypass Microsoft’s built-in tools, plus ongoing analysis of user behavior and attack trends, with actionable recommendations from Trustwave’s cybersecurity experts.
