The Queensland Police Service (QPS) is inviting suppliers to participate in an early market Engagement (EME) to replace a number of existing QPS Work Health, Safety and Wellbeing IT systems.
These include a Hazard Management System - for the reporting and recording of health and safety hazards, which includes risk assessments and implemented control measures - and a Incident/Injury Notification and Reporting System for reporting, recording, and investigating all work-related injuries and illnesses.
Available solutions that provide Case Management modules are also of interest to QPS.
Key functionalities of the new system(s) must include being available for use on both desktops and mobile devices; a user-friendly mobile application to enable frontline workers to utilise the software in the field; reporting dashboards that are configurable and can be exported to systems such as PowerBI; and automated email notifications to support action tracking and completion.
The ability to provide continuous, ongoing system support for ~20,000 QPS members and ~6,000 volunteers, including Marine Rescue Queensland and State Emergency Services, as well as the ability to integrate with both external systems and internal QPS systems including QPrime and the active directory via the QPS' common data source.
A supplier’s submission to the EME will be treated as information only for QPS’ consideration and future decisions including the creation of a business case and budget submissions.
The closing date of the opportunity is 5:00pm (AEST) on 2 December 2025.
