NSW government searches for ICT spend management panel

The NSW Government is seeking IT partners for a whole-of-government ICT spend management panel.

The panel will consist of software, professional services and managed service providers that NSW government entities can contract with to obtain ICT spend management goods and services.

In a request for tender published on 21 November 2023, the NSW government said it is seeking panellists that can offer ICT spend management services including telecommunications, software and cloud, hardware, and professional services.

The panel will consist of three modules:

  • Module 1 - Base spend management software: Offering capabilities like tracking, analytics, cost allocation, reporting and forecasting.
  • Module 2 - Systems/software additional services: Covering technical support, implementation, operational services and change management.
  • Module 3 - Managed services: To ensure the day-to-day running and optimisation of software via services that include ingestion, reporting, analysis and monitoring.

Panellists will be engaged for an initial three-year term, with the potential for two two-year extension options.

The request for tender closes on 2 February 2024.
