Northern Sydney Local Health District looks to upgrade its electronic security systems

HealthShare NSW, a unit within the Health Administration Corporation and part of NSW Health, has released a tender on behalf of Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) for the upgrade of its electronic security systems.

The aim is to establish a panel contract with a small number of pre-approved suppliers for the installation, maintenance, support and other services relating to Electronic Security Systems across all NSLHD sites.

The panel contract will be in place for five years and the expected value of goods and services to be procured through the panel over the contract term (including the Initial project) is approximately $4-5 million.

The installation service will include electronic security equipment (CCTV and access control), electronic security systems (alarm systems, intercoms), security cabling and more.

The scope of services also includes upgrading Integriti version software across all sites, as well as licencing and migrating all standalone Integriti systems to the NSLHD Primary and Secondary servers

The services will be provided at Brookvale Community Health Centre, Chatswood Community Health Centre, Dalwood Community Health Centre, Hornsby Ku-Ring-Gai Hospital, Royal North Shore Hospital (Southern Campus Only), Macquarie Hospital, Mona Vale Hospital and Ryde Hospital.

Alongside this procurement process to establish a panel, NSLHD is also seeking proposals to upgrade electronic access control systems and CCTV systems at Hornsby Hospital.

The tender closes on 10 July 2025 at 3:00 PM, with an estimated decision date of 6 August.
