Intelledox wins AXA tender
Intelledox is an Australian-owned company, with engineers that make data come together in documents. Its software utilises Microsoft Word as its foundation allowing the enterprise to regain control of the document creation process.

Phillip Williamson, CEO at Intelledox, said AXA was looking for a way to improve its client documents.

"It went to tender in Feb 2008, and Intelledox was successful in winning the tender,” said Williamson.

“The software was a perfect fit, as it draws information from other sources and assembles the document based on answers provided by the user.”

He told CRN, that AXA would benefit by improving the quality of the consumer product (ie Statements of Advice) supplied by the planner community.

For AXA, the advantage is that planners all around the country will be able to access the same centrally-controlled content and styles to produce accurate, high-quality documents in significantly less time than previously.

“It will reduce the time and effort of producing complex, compliance-driven advice documents while improving the quality, look and feel of the documents,” claimed Williamson.

The Intelledox solution uses drag-and-drop technology to create intelligent templates which can link to line-of-business software, extracting data from multiple sources to create rich documents.

Planners will benefit from the reduced time it takes to produce a high quality, client-focused statement of advice, as well as many other client-focused documents.

The project was ungoing, however Willimason, was unable to disclose the contract’s worth to CRN.
