The scheme is open to resellers who buy HP genuine ink and toner from HP authorised distributors or sub-distributors, including Ingram Micro, Synnex, Phoenix Toner and Tonnex.
The online scheme has free points which become redeemable for gifts from the HP Supplies Rewards online store. Prizes include electronics, cameras, computer gear and gift cards.
“This initiative enables all levels of resellers, no matter how big or small, to be involved in a rewards program with HP,” said Jason Su, market development manager, HP South Pacific.
“HP values its partner community and offers resellers the opportunity to pass on the benefits of purchasing HP Genuine Supplies to their customers through end user promotions available on specially marked HP Genuine Supplies packaging,” added Su.
To join, resellers need to register their details at www.hp.com.au/suppliesrewards where they can receive a customer ID to access an online account. For every dollar spent on HP Genuine Supplies, resellers earn points. To redeem points and earn prizes, resellers use their customer ID to view and track their reward points online.
The rewards program is available from now until 1 February 2009.
