David Dicker's letter to resellers
Company founder David Dicker sent the following email to the Aussie distributor's reseller partners:

"To our valued resellers, Last night we signed the contract to purchase all of Express Data, (inc Express Online). This includes all their Australia and New Zealand operations. We will integrate the Express Data operations into Dicker Data as quickly as we can. That process will start when the deal completes on April 1st. As you can imagine, I am extremely happy with this result. There is almost no product overlap between the 2 companies so we are in a position to make our relationship with you considerably broader and stronger. Thank you for your support over the years.
