Some 2526 employees from 188 Australian companies were surveyed between March and April, where they were asked about things like remuneration, training and development opportunities, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, supporting health and wellbeing and more.
Data#3 chief executive officer and managing director Laurence Baynham said: "The continued focus and investment in our people is fundamental in making Data#3 a great place to work.
"Our company vision is centred on harnessing the power of people and technology for a better future, and as such, the success of our people paves the way for our success."
Data#3 also finished strongly in a number of sub-categories, including reward and recognition, remuneration and health and wellbeing.
Tash Macknish, Data#3 national manager of organisational development and human resources, said: "[Remuneration strategy] is a vital component of successful people management, and so we put careful consideration and planning into the remuneration process.
"Our remuneration structure is designed to acknowledge the capability of our people, drive and reward their performance, and recognise behaviours that support our culture, in line with our core values.
"Staff that achieve wellbeing at work are likely to be more creative, loyal and productive. Our employees are fundamental to our success and we are always aware of trying to balance their needs with the needs of the business," Macknish added.
Data#3 recently celebrated 40 years in business. Founded in 1977, the company employs 1100 staff across 14 locations, which include eight offices, three integration centres and three data centres in Australia.
