Australian IT service provider, Commander Communications, has chosen Talent2 to provide a range of learning and development services to Commander’s staff and franchisees.
Amanda Lacaze, managing director and CEO at Commander Communications said that as part of the agreement, Commander’s existing training staff will transfer to Talent2 and will continue to provide training services to Commander as part of the Talent2 team. "The delivery of Managed Learning Services will support Commander’s strategic development and franchise growth plans," she said.
“Training is integral to building the skills and capabilities we need to successfully execute our Turnaround Plan. The professional development of Commander’s employees and the provision of technical training to customers and franchisees is core to delivering our customer value proposition,” she added.
According to Lacaze, Talent2 will assist Commander in improving the capabilities of internal staff through learning consulting support and training design and delivery. It will also manage Commander’s training administration, reporting and suppliers, and work closely with Commander’s franchise network to increase sales and performance.
John Banks, director of Talent2 said the company was excited by the opportunity to support Commander’s strategy to enhance business performance with an extensive range of employee development and training programs.
“Talent2 is a provider of Managed Learning Services in Australia, with a rapidly expanding footprint across Asia,” she said.
