Partners can download Key Plays sheets on various sales techniques specific to Citrix, Citrix success kits and interactive whiteboards.
The announcement was made before 345 partners at the Sydney leg of its Partner Accelerator Conference series, a six date event spanning Australia and New Zealand with 1,200 registered attendees.
According to Nabeel Youakim, vice president Product Marketing, Partners & Alliances, APAC, for Citrix the program was revamped because he said it has a longstanding commitment to provide its partners with the best information and sales tools and this was an ongoing part of that commitment.
"We want to ensure that our partners make the best use of their time and resources to service and sell our products as best they can to make ourselves the best business for our partners to work with," he said.
"We have made significant enhancements not only to the look of the portal but also to the content that is available.
"All materials are now synchronised to ensure that they're completely up-to-date and include all relevant information.
"We've made the site much more searchable, to make it as easy as possible to keep the tools and training they need at their fingertips," he added.
Partners now have access to Citrix Success Kits and Key Plays that explain the practical benefits of the products and how to identify the right customer opportunities to tap into.
The company is also piloting a new training environment called Citrix University, which creates interactive online learning environments.
The site lets partners work in a demonstration lab, shows them how to set up proof of concepts and trains them on its products.
It will make further announcements over the coming months.
"The enhancements we've made to the program will make our partners more productive - the information they need will be right on their fingertips, giving them more time to spend talking to customers," said Youakim.
"The programme is structured by product and market opportunities to ensure that our partners can get the support they need quickly, and use it immediately. There's no need to redesign content before taking to customer, for example."
Youakim said, for resellers it means less time learning and more time selling.
