AWS Marketplace to offer AI agents and tools from AWS Partners

AWS Marketplace now offers AI agents and tools from AWS Partners, allowing customers to find and buy third-party AI agent solutions.

When evaluating solutions, customers can review listings that support model context protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent (A2A) standard protocols, along with various deployment options.

Customers can then purchase and deploy their chosen solutions through various paths, including Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime, or add tools to AgentCore Gateway to accelerate agent development.

By offering centralised purchasing using AWS accounts, customers maintain visibility and control over licensing, payments, and access through AWS.

Among the companies already making their products and services available in the new AI Agents and Tools category of AWS Marketplace are LogicMonitor, Confluent Cloud, Publicis Sapient and Kore.ai.

LogicMonitor’s Edwin AI, an AI Agent for IT operations

Edwin AI is built to accelerate incident investigation and resolution, correlating alerts, pinpointing root causes, and recommending or initiating remediation.

Edwin AI delivers essential capabilities including event intelligence, AI agents, and incident automation intelligence. These features enable customers to focus on higher value work and scale more quickly.

“Our customers in healthcare and financial services, as well as MSPs, are already using these capabilities to reduce alert noise, lower IT service management incidents, drive faster resolution, and boost operational efficiency, demonstrating the real-world value of agentic AIOps with Edwin AI,” said Karthik SJ, general manager of AI, LogicMonitor.

Confluent Cloud, a fully managed data streaming platform

Confluent Cloud streams, connects, processes, and governs data as it flows throughout the business in real time, enabling customers to build and deploy intelligent, adaptable, and scalable AI applications faster.

By replacing fragmented, batch-based systems with a continuously updating stream of business context, Confluent aims to create a shared, real-time data backbone that AI agents can subscribe to, interact with, and reason over.

“By offering Confluent Cloud in AWS Marketplace, we're providing customers with a streamlined way to access our cloud-native data streaming platform, helping them buy and deploy AI agent solutions faster and more efficiently,” said Shaun Clowes, chief product officer at Confluent.

Publicis Sapient’s Multi-Agentic Platform for Customer Services

Multi-Agentic Platform for Customer Services delivers a pre-built GenAI stack tailored for customer service agent catalogues and workflow templates to speed up deployment.

It also features customer service automation agents built to run on scalable MCP servers and expandable infrastructure, with an automated Large Language Model Operations (LLMOps) pipeline for seamless model management, as well as enterprise observability for performance and reliability.

“By bringing our Multi-Agentic Platform for Customer Services to the AWS Marketplace, we’re giving Australian organisations the ability to leapfrog legacy systems and build scalable, AI-powered service models that are proactive and resilient,” said Angela Robinson, country MD for Publicis Sapient Australia.

“This goes beyond automation and reimagines how businesses can serve people in a more intelligent and connected way.”

Kore.ai's AI for Work, AI for Process and AI for Service

AI for Work, AI for Process and AI for Service deliver capabilities including prebuilt agents and templates, infrastructure and models-agnostic architecture, agentic capabilities, integrations, and security and compliance.

"Our customers in BFSI, healthcare, retail and travel industries are already using these capabilities to achieve improved efficiency and speed of business, demonstrating the real-world value," said Raj Koneru, CEO and founder at Kore.ai

"We are also closely working with the AWS team to integrate our AI agents across the stack with Amazon models, GenAI infrastructure, and their platforms such as Amazon Q, Amazon Connect, and Bedrock."
