After 10 years at Computer Associates SAP beckons

Masters is looking to grow SAP's channel market coverage focusing on its regional partner network and recruiting new ones.

She is based in Sydney and her team includes partner managers, channel enablers and operations staff who work with 28 channel partners across A/NZ.

"My first priority in my new role will be to consolidate the SAP and BusinessObjects Partners into a single partner program," said Masters.

"Our focus will be to optimise the capacity of our current channel, respond to market and customer needs and in turn, grow revenue.

"We are looking to grow in this space and we will be looking to identify any potential gaps in SAP's current channel market coverage.

"We will look to address this by further enabling existing partners or if necessary, recruiting additional partners. There is a lot to be done before 2012 and I'm thrilled to be given the opportunity to drive us towards our goals."

Prior to SAP, Masters worked as northern regional sales director at BusinessObjects.

She also spent 10 years at Computer Associates where she held a number of titles including northern region sales director, strategic sales manager for NSW, divisional vice president channels, national client services manager and key account manager.

Masters will report to Tim Ebbeck, managing director, SAP A/NZ.
